In Columbus, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Awesome place. Love the people that work there. Very nice and considerate. Tough to schedule appointments though. There is no appointments available on MyChart so you have to call a telephone number to be placed on a waiting list. I've been taking my daughter here for 10+ years. Scheduling appointments is the biggest problem. Someone should really focus on how to make this work better. There's not any appointments available for 6 months out for cleanings. Kinda unreal from my perspective. I give this review because this has been something I've experienced more than 3 times. I am giving transparency at the end of the day. I was unaware that there's a high number of patients and not enough appointments so I suggest be diligent on scheduling your appointments or you're gonna have to wait. Thankful of no cavities or major issues since my daughter brushes her teeth. Our experience overall has be great here. The dentist does an amazing job. She makes sure the patient is comfortable and relaxed. Something my daughter had trouble with in younger years.

We had a very disappointing experience. We were told that a tooth could safely wait several months before surgery and that infection was unlikely. Just two days later, after seeking a second opinion because the pain had become unbearable, another dentist identified a severe infection that required emergency surgery, including multiple extractions and crowns. During our visit, a same-day extraction was offered, but when my child became frightened, there didn't seem to be any effort to comfort or support him, and no sedation or nitrous oxide was offered despite the procedure being presented as simple. If the office wasn't prepared to safely perform the extraction under those circumstances, it shouldn't have been offered as an immediate solution. We were also told the office was experiencing issues with its X-ray equipment, which raises concerns about whether the infection was accurately identified. I understand that pediatric dental care can be challenging and that not every outcome is predictable. However, given that a severe infection was identified by another dentist just two days after our visit, I can't help but feel the seriousness of the situation was underestimated. I hop

Freaking joke with how you run your dental stuff. Needs to make a part for Franklin county residents to have priority. Waiting OVER 2 years for so called priority dental surgery. Canβt ever get schedule for anything. Then everyone wants to be rude about it. But then issues is you want someone to come in claim their in pain in order to rush the surgery. But yet you donβt DO ANYTHING. So why canβt there be an option to just CALL and say hey my child in pain. Priorities are so screwed up. Pathetic. Needs to fix how your scheduling works. Claiming how so many kids are considered priority. I hate so bad I have to bring my daughter there because of your clinic her teeth are SCREWED bad. Thanks.

So why are we funding this terrible office? My child also had broken teeth and has had for months. She been waiting since june. They scheduled her a video appointment IN DEC ..... for a dental surgery. Then told me basically is a previsit appointment. And its going to be another possible years wait after to have her in for a consultation. SHE HAS 2 BROKEN TEETH AND TWO AMBULATORY REFFERALS. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?! And they want to keep making kids wait. Why is it okay they make these kids wait a year?

**UPDATE** 08-25: My son is autistic and has adhd. Today we went back for a cleaning. I decided to try Nationwide Dental at 380 Butterfly gardens once more. The Doctor (Rachael Sells, DMD) examined my son and after poking around his mouth, he said he needed to spit. Instead of helping him spit she rudely said to him, "Just swallow it, I didn't put anything in your mouth." I scooted my chair beside him to hold his hand. (Even adults at the dentist get nervous and scared). The Dr rolled her eyes at me. After that the hygienist (Amy) started cleaning my son's teeth. I held his hand and told him that when he's in pain to squeeze my hand. (My son doesn't lie and I explained to him before we went back there might be some discomfort and it won't last long). He squeezed my hand multiple times each time I was toying the hygienists Amy that he was in pain she kept ignoring me for a while and kept continue working. I actually had to tell her to stop. She finally got out the sonic water pick and it helped. But when he tried to explain which to hurt it seemed like she didn't care until he asked if she could skip that one. I asked her for some patients who have pain during cleanings, they have a
